Admissions in Saint-Petersburg I.P.Pavlov State Medical University can be done on a payment basis. The student is required to have 50% of marks in his/her final higher secondary school examination ("A" level/ XII std/ final school grade).

Fee structure for Preparatory course (one year course):

TUITION FEE: 3000 $US PER ANNUM

HOSTEL FEE: 800 $US PER ANNUM

For undergraduate students :
Fee structure for international students studying medicine in Russian medium(6-years programme, leading to MBBS, MD degree):

TUITION FEE: 5000 $US PER ANNUM GENERAL MEDICINE

TUITION FEE: 5500 $US PER ANNUM STOMATOLOGY (DENTAL)

TUITION FEE: 5000 $US PER ANNUM SPORTS MEDICINE

For post graduate students:
Fee structure for international students specializing in medical fields, while studying in Russian medium (2-3-years programme):

SURGICAL SPECIALTIES: 4000 $US PER ANNUM

Tuition fee for other Medical Institutes, such as, Saint-Petersburg State Medical Academy, Saint-Petersburg State Pediatrics Medical Academy and Saint-Petersburg State University varies depending on the institution, but is usually from 2500-3000 $US per annum.

Tuition fees for other non-medical institutes (preparatory faculty) varies from institute to institute, but is usually from 2500-3000 $US.

Tuition fee for faculties of engineering institutes also varies from institute to institute, but is usually from 3000-3500 $US per annum, depends on branch of engineering course.

Accommodation fee (for all afore mentioned institutes varies from 400 to 800 $US)

Medicine for international students in "English Medium"

Our firm in cooperation with the concerned authorities of the St.-Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University has been fortunate to create a separate faculty of medical studies with English language as the medium of instruction. In this faculty students are able to undergo the 6 years of medical training while being taught all relevant medical subjects in ENGLISH, undertaking examinations in the ENGLISH Language and likewise completing all required assignments in the ENGLISH language. The Russian language that will be taught to the student along with the basic medical sciences during the first three years of study will be required only for student-patient interactions.

It is important to note here that students who wish to undergo medical training in the St.-Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University with ENGLISH as the medium of instruction will be exempted from the one year of training in the preparatory faculty of the afore mentioned University. Thus, they will be required to undergo only a six year period of study without any need for additional courses, unlike students who wish to study with Russian language as the medium of instruction.
